    Joseph Musacchio is a seasoned entrepreneur and staffing industry executive with more than 40 years of experience across workforce solutions, technology, compensation intelligence, business development, and talent strategy. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Career Management Group, Joe guides the organization's strategy, innovation, partnerships, financial performance, and long-term growth.

    Throughout his career, Joe has founded and led multiple staffing, consulting, and workforce technology companies. He created People Blue Book, one of the industry's earliest published sources of contingent compensation data, and later built PeopleTicker into a leading real-time rate-benchmarking platform used by Fortune 500 companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and VMS providers worldwide. Several of his companies have gone on to successful acquisitions.

    Today, Joe leads Career Management Group and its portfolio of businesses, including Consulting Direct, Multiple Listing Staffing Association, and MarketRates AI. His vision brings together people, data, technology, and industry expertise to create a more connected and transparent workforce ecosystem, and help organizations make faster, smarter, and more defensible talent decisions.

    Samantha Arico is Vice President of Staffing and Business Operations at Career Management Group, where she turns the organization's vision into scalable operations and new initiatives across the CMG portfolio. She partners closely with the CEO on growth across operations, technology, and client strategy, and has been instrumental in MLSA from concept through launch, shaping its business model, member experience, and go-to-market approach.

    She leads recruiting strategy, client partnerships, business development, and service delivery nationwide, with a focus on specialized and hard-to-fill roles across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. Before staffing, she built her career as a Registered Nurse in emergency and oncology care, a background that still shapes her calm, clear, and action-oriented leadership today.

    Tracy Johnson brings more than seven years of talent acquisition experience across healthcare and professional staffing. As Senior Recruiter at Career Management Group, he supports full-cycle recruiting efforts across CMG’s client portfolio, partnering closely with candidates and hiring teams from initial sourcing through interview, selection, and placement.

    With extensive experience recruiting in fast-paced and high-volume environments, Tracy brings a strong understanding of candidate engagement, relationship management, and the importance of keeping the hiring process moving. Known for his collaborative approach and ability to connect with people, he is focused on creating a positive candidate experience while helping clients identify the right talent for their teams.

    Business Development Representative

    Steven H - Garcia works across Recruitment and Business Development at Career Management Group, supporting talent acquisition, new client development, and marketing initiatives across the organization. He works closely with the CMG team to identify qualified candidates, develop new client relationships, and help expand the company's presence within the markets it serves.

    Steven brings a uniquely diverse professional background to recruiting. In addition to his work with CMG, he is an experienced Paramedic with a career spanning emergency medical services, fire response, and wildland emergency operations. His experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments has shaped a calm, adaptable, and highly collaborative approach to both recruiting and business development.

    Known for his strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and collaborative approach, Steven brings a people-first mindset to his work. Whether connecting with a candidate, supporting a client search, developing new business opportunities, or contributing to CMG's marketing efforts, he is focused on building strong relationships and helping move the organization forward.

    Bree Heyniger is a recruiter and business development professional with a strong background in relationship building, strategic partnerships, client engagement, sales, and operations. At Career Management Group, she focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.

    Bree brings a diverse professional background spanning staffing, luxury real estate, finance and operations, and entrepreneurship. Her experience has given her a unique ability to connect with people, understand client needs, and approach business development with both creativity and a results-driven mindset.

    A natural relationship builder, Bree is known for her strong communication skills, energy, and ability to develop meaningful professional connections. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Florida Atlantic University and brings an entrepreneurial and creative perspective to everything she does.
