You will be notified via email with your ROCC Access information. Once you log into the site, you will have the abillity to change your password and bid on jobs.

When you place your first bid, the administrator will review it, and then release that bid to the client. After you have received notice of your initial accepted bid, all subsequent bids will go directly to the client for that job.
