What is The ROCC?
The Registry of Certified Consultants (The ROCC) is an exclusive group of “best in class” professionals whose members are certified as the most reputable individuals in their industry.
The ROCC takes the guesswork out of the acquisition process by appropriately matching employers with a professional that has a verifiable work history and skill set.
About...
The ROCC Difference
All ROCC Applicants go through a thorough reference checking process prior to admission. Applicants must provide references from 3 people who have worked as their direct supervisors and are knowledgeable about their abilities.
All ROCC Applicants agree to adhere to the ROCC Code of Ethics, a set of guidelines that insures a high level of quality and professionalism.
Benefits of Registering
When a job is posted on The ROCC, it is automatically sent out to ROCC Members whose skill sets match those designated in the job details. These members then have the option to view the job and bid on it. Employers then review these bids and arrange interviews with their best prospects.
As an incentive to finish assignments and maintain their membership status, ROCC Members who complete their consulting assignments and deliver satisfied clients receive a profit–sharing bonus. If a member leaves a job before completion, this bonus is given to the employer instead of the consultant.
The ROCC was created to give companies an edge in staffing and procurement of new talents. To find out other ways our company can help you, visit our parent site, nextSource.com, to learn about our Talent Acquisition Management Solution and the many benefits it can bring to your company.
